Bedbugs are usually through human transportation, luggage, clothing or furniture. They are seen hiding in cracks and crevices and under mattresses close to their preferred host.

They excrete faeces as small, brown spots on walls, sheets and other surfaces.

They only come out to suck blood from man at night. Although they do not transmit diseases to man, their bites are irritating. Some people are allergic to their bites and find them unbearable.  After feeding, they crawl back to their hiding place where they usually crowd together.
